The information for fas spiorad says it drops hp to 100. There is actually a formula for the hp/mp exchange.

Fas Spiorad takes around 70% your base mp from hp, but always fills mp.

Example, character has bases of 12k hp and 10k mp.

Fas Spiorad will take 70% base mp from hp...7k from 12k hp leaving 5k hp

It will take hp to a minimum of 100.

My wiz has bases of 19.8k hp and 10k mp. Another 200 hp and I'll start adding mp till 20/20 bases then maybe go summy. By then hopefully the new pure summy spell/skill will be available.

With Goblin Alliance and maxed Con, I can solo in nobis pretty comfortably knowing that most of the time I'll have at least 14-15k hp, (fased and with light belt, enough to take a hit from a skeleton). A lot of people think a wiz is all mp, but with low hp and high mp Fas Spiorad leaves you very vulnerable, I know pure wiz's have WoP but like any dion it's not reliable, and is known to fail at the one time that you need it.

Hate to break your bubble. But it takes a set amount of HP and fills MP full.

When I had 12k mp and 5k HP it took all hp except 100 and filled my MP up.
Now with 40k hp and 37k mp it takes about 7k hp and fills MP up. 
In theory I can sit and cast MSPG then FasSpiorad 5-6 times before I get down to 100hp. 
I say theory because with HP regen it's really good for 7-8 times instead...and I usually don't like going below 20k hp for long so I heal myself.

dude hippos is right. its a set amount of HP. every time iv  seen my cousin do it his HP drops to 5k then 100.

you lose 40% of your total mana from health every time, and if that would normally kill you, you go to 100 hp, you can, however, if your hp/mp is right, fas spiorad and end up with less than 100 hp, if you get it perfectly. for instance, if you have 10050 hp geared, and 25000 mp geared, fas spiorad will reduce you to 50 hp

I bought stats until I couldn't buy anymore. I was at 3766 base HP and I used fas spiorad, It took me to like 20 or 50, I forget. And yes, if you do the math, my base MP sucks.

I think you might be able to fas spiorad with even 1 HP, not sure though, I'll have to test it.

you can. my cousins summoner has been poisoned many times with 1 hp and still been able to fas spiorad. if its a %  then its still gonna try and cut your hp.

Well, I tested LaGlace's theory, and it's right....

After Fas Spiorad left me 12211                      After Fas Spiorad left me 13451

Test the theory, it's right.

Even though my maths was innaccurate  previously, IT IS NOT a set amount. Thank you for LaGlace, for re-inforcing my Bubble, and Hipposman, I guess yours must be pretty deflated by now
