ok tear remember how we were talking the other day about spells imping faster in hostile areas? ok well that theory is a crock and your right HOWEVER i have more then proven that it works with skills. i imped most of my riests skills in both hostile/ non hostle areas. with study creature, sense, and peak. sense and peak took about 30 uses hostile and loike 50 non hostile and sutdy creature took 8 hostile and 16 non hostile. i HAD ss's but my pc messed up and they went bye bye. also i have given that guys theory about skills/spells imping slower once thye hit 71. ard cradh took 120 uses  to imp after 71. ao mor cradh takes 80 uses after 71 and study creature takes 30- 35 uses after 71. im not sure if the skills imping slower past 71 has enough proof yet but its getting there. as for the spells imping faster in hostile areas i suggest you take it down before it misguides anyone else into thinking its true. i will try to get more proof about the 71+ imp speed as soon as i can.
