Should people be abel to kill others out of arena?

my current project is "Athi" hes a GM pure Wizard, whos i've never taken to the arena because he would get owned

but i do have a 34/17 morrior with kelb - dont ask me why i just cant work the arena, its like hit hit, owned. i just dont wff fast enough i guess. 

my pure priest gets worked cause everytime i try somone puts on a lb and im screwed, not like i got a dark spell

I think both of the Guilds have to agree to be rivals. Well, at least, that's how it should work.

If it worked any other way, it'd be stupid.

YES!!! people should be able to duel out of arena.  It should be like WoW where you have to ask someone to duel to be able to hostile each other ONLY.  That'd be sooo cool, like people would duel to show off their skills.  OMG that's SO COOL.  Yes it is.. Yes it is..  I know it. Yep, you got that right.  That would be so cool. !

Yep, like you click on someone then there's a *duel spot* next to group.  then only 2 of them or more  in the "Duel group menu", like the group menu, are hostile to each other.  That's uberness!
