How and Where do u do the Ciad Quest?

I want to do the Ciad Quest but dont know where and how to do it. Can someone plz help?

Go to Tagor, Go to nigels house, then talk to him a few times (he will tell you he has no buissness with you) then walk around his house loads and eventually you will get the popup for the quest

now you havea random chance to get a pop up for him
i cant remember the lvl range for this one
but you can only be in between a certain rang to do that one since thier are also 2 others that you can do with him

generlly it is supposed to be, but what me and nothing are saying is how to set it off on purpose

i tryed to talk to em before but he just told me to get away and not to bother him anymore

Simple, talk to him in your low levels (kinda forgot and lazy to check the lv range), yes, he'll diss you off, but then keep walking around in his lil house and eventually you'll get the pop up. Viola. Same goes for Tiota and Treas quests.

it doesnt have to be low levels, just none master
11-24 = Caid
25-49 = Tiota
50-99 = Trease

and:

theres no reason to talk to him, i never did, i did tiota and then as i was leaving his house the popup came for another...its completely random, theres nothing you can do to force it
