Does anyone know what the equasion is that determines how much HP and MP is gained at a new insight?

Taken from www.da-wizard.com :          Hp rise per level = (CON/(Lv + 1) × 50) + 25
                                                           Mp rise per level = (WIS/(Lv + 1) × 50) + 25
